Data Deletion
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This page explains how to delete the data Producer.center stores about you and your connected social-platform accounts. It also serves as the official Data Deletion Instructions for the Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok platforms.
1. In short
You can delete data yourself within the Service or by sending us a request. Disconnecting a platform account immediately deletes its access tokens and related data; deleting your account removes the entire workspace.
2. Option 1 — disconnect a social-platform account
- sign in and open “Settings → Accounts”;
- find the Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok account and click “Remove”/“Disconnect”;
- we delete the access tokens and data obtained from that account (metrics, profile, comments, etc.).
3. Option 2 — delete a workspace or account
To fully delete your account and all workspace data, send a request to info@producer.center from the email address the account is registered to. We will verify your identity and carry out the deletion.
4. Option 3 — request by email
Email info@producer.center with the subject “Data Deletion”, specifying what to delete (a particular connected account or your entire account). We will process the request and confirm completion.
5. What gets deleted
- access tokens for connected platforms;
- data obtained from the platforms (profile, metrics, analytics, demographics, comments);
- when deleting an account — also workspace data: projects, scripts, strategy documents, and uploaded files.
6. Timing and backups
Active data is deleted immediately or within a few days. Encrypted backups are overwritten automatically, typically within 30 days. We may retain the minimum data necessary where required by law.
7. Deleting Meta data (Instagram and Facebook)
Disconnect the account in “Settings → Accounts” or send a request to info@producer.center — we will delete all data obtained via Meta platforms. You can additionally revoke the app's access in your Instagram/Facebook settings (Settings → Security → Apps and Websites).
8. Deleting Google and YouTube data
Disconnect the channel under Settings → Accounts: together with the access tokens we delete everything we obtained for it from the YouTube API — channel statistics snapshots, video metrics and thumbnails, the avatar, and audience demographics. The same happens if you revoke the app's access on Google's side, at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or in your security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions: a daily check picks up the revoked access and deletes the channel's data.
Public YouTube data in the Competitors and Viral videos sections is deleted automatically no later than 30 days after the last refresh; to remove it right away, delete the competitor or the video in the Service. For deletion on request or written confirmation, email info@producer.center.
9. Deleting TikTok data
Disconnect the TikTok account in “Settings → Accounts” or send a request to info@producer.center. You can also revoke the app's access in your TikTok account security settings.
