All settlements for subscriptions and token packages are made in euro (EUR) — the only currency of the Service. The contract is governed by Spanish law; European Union consumer-protection law also applies to consumer relationships, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Directive (EU) 2019/770 on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services.

• payment is made on the Service's website by bank card through the Stripe payment platform (for the European Economic Area — Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland): you choose a plan, click “Pay” and enter your card details on Stripe's secure payment page; card details are not passed to the Service and are not stored by us;
• the seller under the contract is the provider named in Section 1: they provide the service, issue the invoice (factura), pay taxes under the rules of Spain and the European Union and issue refunds; Stripe acts as a payment processor and is not a party to the contract;
• listed prices exclude VAT; the applicable IVA/VAT is added on the payment page according to the buyer's country and status: for an EU consumer, at the rate of their country of residence (the OSS one-stop-shop scheme); for an EU business with a valid VAT ID, under the reverse-charge mechanism; for buyers outside the EU, no EU VAT is charged;
• the invoice and the charge receipt are sent to the email address given at payment; copies of payment documents are available in “Settings → Invoices”.

You can pay for a plan directly on the Service's website. Payments are handled by the Stripe payment platform — this is the only payment method:

• bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other card schemes supported by Stripe;
• payment buttons and local methods that Stripe offers on its page depending on your country and device (for example Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link);
• the settlement currency is euro (EUR) only; there is no offline payment — no cash, no bank transfer against an issued invoice.

How payment works: on the pricing page you choose a plan and a period, click “Pay” and are taken to Stripe's secure payment page. Card details are entered there, are not passed to the Service and are not stored by us; where required, your bank runs a 3-D Secure check (strong customer authentication under Directive (EU) 2015/2366, PSD2). After a successful payment you return to the Service automatically, the plan is activated, and the invoice and confirmation are sent to your email. If the payment fails, the money stays with you — repeat the payment or write to info@producer.center.

The service is provided remotely through the website https://producer.center; there is no physical delivery. Access to the paid plan opens automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the payment and lasts for the whole paid period — a calendar month or a year, depending on the option chosen; purchased token packages are credited to the balance the same way. By paying for a plan you request that performance begin immediately — how this affects the 14-day right of withdrawal is set out in the Refund Policy. If access has not opened within 30 minutes of the charge, write to info@producer.center: we will open it manually or refund the money.

Refund requests are sent to info@producer.center from the email address the account is registered to, stating the date and amount of the payment. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used to pay. Crediting time depends on the buyer's bank or payment system. Full terms are set out in the Refund Policy.
