Refund Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This Policy describes the terms on which Producer.center refunds payments for paid plans and one-off token packages. It supplements the Terms of Service and does not limit any rights granted to consumers by law.
1. Who the seller is
Services are provided, and payments accepted, by Anton Liahun, sole proprietor (autónomo), Spain (NIF Z0775907F) — who is also the seller under the contract: we issue the invoice, we apply the taxes and we issue refunds. The Stripe payment platform (for the EEA — Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland) acts as a payment processor: it executes charges and refunds on our instruction and is not a party to the contract. All settlements are in euro.
Send refund requests to info@producer.center — we will process the request and refund the money through Stripe to the same card the payment was made with. Refunds are not issued by any other means (to a different card, in cash, by bank transfer): card-scheme rules require this. We charge you no fee for a refund.
2. Refund window
You can request a refund within 30 calendar days of the charge. The window is counted per payment: when a subscription renews, the new payment starts a new 30-day window.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, Articles 9–14; in Spain, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). To exercise it, an unequivocal statement to info@producer.center is enough — in your own words or using the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) to the Directive. By paying for a plan you request that performance begin immediately, before that period ends: if you then withdraw, an amount proportionate to the part of the service already supplied is retained (Article 14(3) of the Directive), and once the service has been supplied in full the right of withdrawal is lost. Our own 30-day refund window is broader than the statutory 14 days and does not override your statutory rights: where both apply, whichever is more favourable to you prevails.
3. What is refunded
- Subscriptions: the amount paid for the period, less the AI tokens actually consumed. Usage is itemised per operation in Settings → Billing, so the deduction can be verified.
- One-off token packages: refunded in full if not a single token from the package has been consumed. Once consumption starts, the service is considered delivered and the package is non-refundable.
- Free plan: nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund.
Consumed tokens are deducted because every AI generation is paid by us to the model provider at the moment it runs and cannot be reversed afterwards. This reflects proportionate payment for the part of the service already delivered.
4. When a refund is not issued
- the 30-day window since the payment has expired;
- consumption from the token package has started;
- the account was blocked for breaching the Terms of Service (for example, attempts to circumvent limits or unlawful use of the Service);
- the payment was made by a third party without your knowledge — such cases are handled individually, please contact us.
5. How to request a refund
Write to info@producer.center from the address the account is registered to, stating the date and amount of the payment, the plan or package, and the reason for your request. The reason helps us improve the Service but is not a condition for a refund within 30 days.
We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method and typically arrive within 10 business days, depending on your bank and payment provider.
6. Cancellation is not the same as a refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not by itself refund a payment already taken. Access to the paid plan continues until the end of the paid period. If you need a refund, submit a request as described in section 5.
7. Disputed charges
If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us at info@producer.center first — this is almost always faster than raising a chargeback with your bank. We reserve the right to suspend account access while a disputed payment is being investigated.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits the rights granted to you as a consumer by applicable law: Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Directive (EU) 2019/770 on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services, and the Spanish consumer-protection act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). An EU consumer additionally retains the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence. We are not bound by any alternative dispute-resolution scheme for consumers; you may contact the consumer-protection authority of your country of residence or go to court. We give no link to the EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: it ceased operating on 20 July 2025.
